Can’t recommend Karen enough we love giggle & wiggle such a fab motivator for mums with young children & to socialise 😊 5/5 
I have been coming to Karens step class and yoga class for a year now. I absolutely love both classes. Karen is a fabulous teacher, always happy, fun and puts you at ease. The classes are suitable for people of all abilities and the groups are so friendly and welcoming. It’s lovely to find a group that I look forward to coming too, thank you so much Karen x

I have been attending Karen Groves yoga classes with my husband since she started the class. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Karen is an excellent instructor being very supportive but she also challenges you to reach your personal goals. We would highly recommend to all levels of fitness, abilities, gender and ages. If you are thinking of trying something new or trying to increase your fitness or enhance your mental health we highly recommend her classes

Fun Fabulous Fitness! And that is just what the classes are. I do 6 of Karen’s, the instructor, classes a week. I always look forward to going and never feel “that I can’t be bothered tonight” I was new to the area and knew nobody, joining the classes I now have many new friends. Everybody was welcoming and friendly. No pressure in these classes, you work at your own pace. Karen always has alternatives for moves that you may find difficult at first. I have been to many classes so much fun, you never want the class to finish. Karen is always on hand to help you and give advice. Along with the Yoga/ Zenga classes Karen runs a Legs, Bums n Tums class and a step class. Please come along and give a class a go, I promise you will not be disappointed. See you there!

Karen is an excellent Instructor and offers a diverse range of classes. Her classes are thoroughly enjoyable and leaves you not wanting to miss one.
Her commitment to keeping the classes running during lockdown was amazing. A steep learning curve for both Karen and us!
She always puts the well-being of her students first.
And.....she is an excellent cake baker!
